TC Fuel Components is the only supplier of genuine Total  Containment tank sump lids. These fit existing 33" corregated risers  without any modifications or additional components. This is the most  cost efficient manner to get your tank sumps back in compliance. All  lids come with a gasket, they are also available separately. Hold down  kits can be ordered which will secure the lid to the riser. These are  affixed externally which insures the lid will maintain its integrity.  They are easily retrofitted to existing sump risers.
